League membership is open to everyone, both artists and non-artists alike. The Art League offers oppurtunities for amateurs,
students, and professional. The membership year runs from June to the following June. The many benefits of being a member
of the Art League are described below. Perhaps the best benefit of all is connecting with other artists!

Meetings
Monthly
meetings are held the second Friday of each month from September through May at 7:30 pm at the Art League headquarters, 239
Schuyler Avenue in Kingston,PA. second floor or at our Wilkes Barre Mid Town Gallery Location 1st. block of South Main st..
Following a brief business meeting, a guest artist will present a lecture or demonstration of his or her work.
Classes
and Life Drawing
In addition
to the monthly Guest Artists series of workshops, the Art League offers regular scheduled classes in a variety of mediums
such as oil, watercolor, and colored pencil. There are also special classes for children during the year as well as in the
summer. Members receive advance notice of all workshops and classes.
A life
Drawing session is offered on a weekly basis which brings artists togeather to draw and paint from live models. Please call
for current times & fees.
Bus Trips
The Art
League arranges bus trips to art museums and exhibitions several times a year for members, guests and others in the community.
This is a great opportunity for socializing, networking, and learning!
